Pieces are made to order in our workshop at Manjapra, Kerala, and dispatched within 3–7 working days. Larger orders may take slightly longer — we will confirm when your order is placed.

No. Pendant sets are supplied without a chain. This keeps the pendant price lower and lets your customers choose their own length.

Chains are sold separately in our Chains collection, in 6pidi (18 inch) and 8pidi (24 inch). We suggest keeping both lengths in stock so you can complete a sale at the counter.

Yes. Same workshop, same materials, same finishes as the pieces sold to our retail customers — only the pricing differs.

Every piece has a product code shown on its card and page. Search that code to find it again instantly, or keep a list of your best sellers for quick reordering.

Orders are prepaid at checkout via UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Shipping is free anywhere in India. International shipping is ₹5,500 on orders below ₹50,000 and ₹4,500 on orders of ₹50,000 and above.

Our pieces use premium American Diamond stones and diamond-replica finishes. Advise customers to keep them away from water, perfume and sweat, wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store in a pouch — the finish stays new for a long time.
