Who we are

This website is operated by Arackal Jewellery, Building No. 7/377, Manjapra, Kerala 683581, India. It supplies jewellery to retailers and resellers at trade prices.

Who can order

No account, application or approval is required. Anyone placing an order of ₹10,000 or more can buy at trade prices.

Minimum order

The minimum order value is ₹10,000. Orders below this value cannot be completed. You may combine any pieces from the catalogue to reach the minimum — there is no minimum quantity per design.

Pricing

Every price shown on this website is a trade price, exclusive of shipping. It is approximately 30% below the price the same piece sells for on our retail store, arackaljewellery.com, and the retail price is displayed alongside it so you can see your margin.

There are no discount codes, volume tiers or additional reductions. The price shown against a piece at the moment you check out is the price you pay. We may change trade prices at any time; the prices displayed when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.

Payment

All orders are prepaid in full at checkout, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. We do not offer cash on delivery or credit terms. Orders are placed on this website only — we cannot take orders or payment over WhatsApp.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India, including Kerala.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹5,500 on orders below ₹50,000 and ₹4,500 on orders of ₹50,000 and above. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included.

Product descriptions

Our pieces are AD (American Diamond) stone and diamond-replica jewellery with plated finishes. They are not precious metal and they do not contain natural diamonds. Photographs are taken as accurately as we can manage, but colour and finish may vary slightly between screens and between production batches.

Chains

Pendants are supplied without a chain unless the listing states otherwise. Chains are sold separately in the Chains collection, in 6pidi (18 inch) and 8pidi (24 inch).

Availability

Pieces are made to order. If we are unable to produce something you have ordered, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Resale

Pieces bought here may be resold by you at prices you set. You may not represent the pieces as precious metal or natural diamond jewellery, or as being made by anyone other than Arackal Jewellery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
