Shipping policy

Dispatch time

All pieces are made to order in our workshop at Manjapra, Kerala. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days of payment being received. Larger orders may take longer; where that is the case we will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm a date before production begins.

Where we ship

We ship across India and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Delivery time

Orders within India are sent by India Post and typically arrive 2 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also sign in to your account at any time to see the status of every order you have placed — sign in with the email address you used at checkout and you will receive a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the price or shipping charge shown at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but the return and reshipping costs will be charged to you.
